Are you frustrated with combing through page after page of the same old cliche'd wedding photos? Looking for something classic and timeless but with a bit of an edge? We got you. I've been creating wedding day memories for over a decade now. New Orleans. Chicago. Minneapolis. The PNW. NYC. We travel all over this country, and even internationally, when the right opportunity presents itself, documenting love stories for our amazing couples. Our goal with each new wedding, is not to be just good or “good enough”--the goal is to be world-class, one of the top wedding photography teams in the world. Each couple helps us accomplish this.

We get it. You've probably looked through a hundred portfolios by now, scrolling over and over, and in the end they all kind of look the same. Your love is unique and so are you. Bellocq Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. They were great to chat with throughout the planning process, and their communication style put us at ease. On the day of, they provided excellent direction on how to pose, and the resulting photos are absolutely stunning. They captured all of the most important moments, as well as many extra shots that really tell the story of our special day. The editing is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the final album. Bellocq Weddings went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfectly documented, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for a talented and personable photography team.

Working with J. Roman was a dream! We won an engagement shoot with J and quickly knew we wanted him as our wedding photographer after an engagement shoot that was so fun! He delivered hundreds of photos that we loved. His range is amazing; from moody and dark, to vintage and chic, to glam and bright, all the versions of photography you crave for your big day, J covers! We were open to J's eye when it came to moments and he worked seamlessly on our big day--him or his team never felt intrusive to a special moment. The raw emotion of the wedding day was captured so beautifully-we get to relive such a momentous day over and over through his art. He was incredibly professional, was very easy to work with and was so helpful in planning. J has delivered amazing results: 2500 photos for our wedding, which we received in exactly 3 weeks. We received the first short video within 4 weeks of the wedding as well for his photography and videography package. So grateful that we booked with J Roman and would recommend his over and over again!

I frequently work with Jason for weddings and other types of events. He is extremely talented. What sets him apart is his artful direction, creating gorgeous and playful shots of clients, and his ability to capture meaninful, once in a lifetime moments. He is not only skilled at different styles of photography, Jason is easy to work with and is amazing at putting the clients at ease. He is reliable, arrives on time, a clear and responsive communicater, and delivers photos in a timely manner.
