Hi, I’m Austyn & I wanted to let you know a little about me! I started Schaffner’s Captures in 2023 while also working a full time job and have since moved forward in making Schaffner’s Captures my career path full-time as it’s been my lifelong passion. What got me into photography is the everlasting memories. What lasts forever are memories, and if those memories are captured and can be looked back on whenever, it’s something magical to be able to relive them over and over again, never forgetting who you were with, the feelings you got, and what happened. I am born and raised in Las Vegas, married with 3 dogs and a baby girl on the way!

What sets me apart is my passion for capturing all your most important moments! You and your moments are always my top priority which is why I offer some of the most competitive pricing and why you also get the most for your dollar! I don't put caps on how many photos i take during our time together which allows me to ensure I am getting every single moment possible! I also offer some of the quickest turnaround times available! This keeps the suspense of wondering what your photos look like to a minimum! I return galleries within days rather than weeks allowing you access to your memories even quicker!

    I was hired out as a DOC for one of my clients and of course that meant close contact with other vendors that were hired out to make sure the day went smoothly.     Schaffner’s Captures was super professional.     I’ve had the pleasure of working with the photographer, Austyn, for my wedding and maternity photos. Each time, he was incredibly professional and communicative. He went above and beyond by scoping out the environment of each setting beforehand to familiarize himself as well as give me insight to any changes, which I loved. For example, I had a very specific place in mind for my wedding photos. He checked out the area days before and gave some pointers based off the location, such as recommended time of day to shoot. He also showed up to the location an hour before our agreed upon time and realized there was a wedding/reception taking place there and he quickly shifted gears to find a great spot nearby before I even headed his way! Nobody has that kind of initiative anymore! I was so pleased with his photos as well as his customer service that I booked him for a last minute maternity shoot later that year. Also - His pricing is much better than other photographers in the area.
