    Wedding on September 2024, did not see a single photo until Nov 8, but half of our wedding photos are missing. Engagement and wedding pictures were delivered late, and I was never informed about the delay. Communication was abysmal—I’d rate it 1/10. The photographer, according to their manager, has “ghosted” them. Now, four months later in January 2024, I’m still fighting to get the photos. The photographer refuses to send the SD cards to the company and won’t respond to anyone. I’ve been very upset that my family photos and guest pictures were amongst the ones lost.

We completely understand how important these memories are, and we deeply regret the delay and lack of communication that has caused you such inconvenience. We want to be transparent that we are under new management, and we are actively working to address the issues that led to this unfortunate situation. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are committed to ensuring that something like this does not happen again. We are currently investigating the situation with the photographer involved and taking the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.
