Hey! I'm Amanda. I’m a mama to Loretta Grace & Amelia Faye, wife to John & friend to YOU!! I love natural posing and I am a true candid photographer. Prompting you to do the silliest things, knowing you think I’m crazy, and then showing the end result is one of my favorite things ever. I take a lot of pride in my work, my business, and the overall customer service I provide my clients. It’s important to me that you feel heard, seen, and respected. I spend my free time Diamond painting, listening to true crime, and eating way too much sushi.

I was a wedding planner for 6.5 years before I became a full-time wedding photographer, so the wedding industry is "my thing" and I am knowledgeable about all aspects of the wedding day! Being a wedding planner allowed me to be more familiar with the industry. I take a lot of pride in my 5.0 rating! Customer service + great communication are both key for me.

We have yet to receive our refund of 785 that was due within 60 days of 7/1/24. We reached out on 10/30/24 to let her know that we had not received our refund. We received no response, and followed up on 11/05/24. Amanda responded on 11/05 that she was reaching out to her support system and acknowledged that it was well over the 60 day time frame, along with that ‘she can’t do anything about concerns without actually being made aware of them’. These emails were us making her aware. We sent a follow up email on 11/13 after no update. We sent another follow up email on 11/21 and received our first Out of Office email stating that they were attending to a personal matter. Our last email to Amanda was sent on 12/4. She has not responded to us since 11/05/24. As of today 1/4/25, it has been an additional 60 days since Amanda was made aware of this issue. She is active on social media. We've been dealing with Loretta Grace Photography for close to a year now, and are thrilled that we decided to go in another direction due to her unprofessional communication and organization skills. We are now at the tail-end of our wedding planning, and have had nothing but timely and pleasant communications with dozens of other wedding vendors. In our opinion, please save yourself the headache and choose literally anyone else.

We want to clarify that a refund was already processed for this client. We take all client concerns seriously and have always tried to resolve issues promptly. However, we must address the serious threats we received from this client, their family members and multiple forms of harassment which made us feel unsafe. For the safety of our family, including our children, and our team as well as clients, we have had to stop all communication with you. Threatening behavior is unacceptable, and we will not tolerate it under any circumstances. Regarding your desire to cancel your wedding with us, we made it clear that we were on vacation when you first contacted us, and we informed you of that. Despite our response, you requested an engagement session during peak wedding season (within a few weeks nonetheless) and requested we drop everything , despite having other clients weddings and session as well, which unfortunately we could not accommodate due to prior commitments and running a business where we ensure to treat all clients with fairness and respect. We understand that this was frustrating, but our other obligations and the respect we give all clients must come first. It’s concerning that you expected us to prioritize your needs over our family and other clients. Our decisions are made with care and consideration for everyone, and we will not tolerate behavior that compromises our safety or professional integrity We hope this clarifies the situation.

Where do I start. Loretta grace photography you get what you pay for... I recommend spending the extra money and getting a better photographer purely for customer service. One star for positive photo quality only. We waited over a year for our wedding album and over 14 weeks for the wedding photos. They always referenced the contract yet were late on every promised deliverable. They had poor communication skills, non responsive at certain times. No contact a few days before the wedding until we reached out, they noted the email was sent but not delivered. It’s a wedding, if you don’t hear from a client you have a signed contract with, wouldn’t you pick up a phone and call if there were any technical issues? This type of email issue happened multiple times. Upon final contact prior to the wedding they requested we fill out a lot of paperwork including a shot list. During the wedding the shot list was never brought and we did not get photos of family members that we included in the shot list. We were so overwhelmed and excited with the day we didn’t even bring it up on our own hoping the photographer would lead us in the right direction and follow the paperwork she requested from us. We asked for one photo to be edited and got a negative response until sharing our frustrations and suddenly the photo magically was able to be edited and provided to us quickly. It was very challenging and frustrating working with them. We finally got our album after a year and it’s the size of my hand. Very poor and very disappointed. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for wedding photography.

Please note that we operate within specific business hours and occasionally take time out of the office, which means that some of your emails were received outside of these hours. Amanda and John were truly the reason that our wedding went on as scheduled despite the many hitches in our day. She was confidant, kind, and compassionate while also giving us the advice and assistance we desperately needed. The team worked well with our other vendors, even when other vendors were making things a bit difficult for the flow of the day. When we realized we couldn’t find our seating chart cards, Amanda sent John to Michael’s to get index cards. When the best pictures for our aesthetic should be taken in the middle of the street, John stopped traffic to get the perfect pictures. The list goes on and on. Plus, they were just plain fun to be around. It really felt like they were guests at the party, not just vendors. PLUS our sneak peek came so quickly and the pictures are ALREADY incredible. They were professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. 1000/10 would work with them again in an instant.
