How long have you been doing wedding photography?

We bring 15 years of photography experience to the table, with a unique background as a collective of filmmakers. Weddings are a special passion for us, and we carefully select only a handful each year in between working on our film projects. The team has been working together for over a decade, forming a seamless team with a deep understanding of each other’s style and approach. When we photograph weddings, we function as a unit, with a well-honed routine and a clear plan for who captures what. We’ve trained and worked together extensively, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a shared creative vision in every frame we deliver.

Preparation: We connect beforehand to understand your vision, key moments, key members of the wedding party and venue details. On the Day: We document everything—from getting ready to candid moments and creative shots—working unobtrusively to tell your story authentically. Editing: We tailor editing to match your wedding’s vibe, whether bright and airy or moody and dramatic. Delivery: We deliver a highlight gallery (approx 10-30 pictures) within 12-48 hours, so you have some key pics to share immediately! Depending on the package you select, it takes us between 5-20 days to deliver your full digital gallery.

Who is part of your team?

Depending on your package and the size of your wedding, we can have anywhere from 1 to 4 people on the team. We have a trained photographer/videographer who shoots the most important parts of the wedding, capturing both photo and video. This helps us keep the team nimble, making it possible to offer flexibility for smaller budgets while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and coverage.

We are based in San Francisco and cover the Bay Area, Napa, and Sacramento regions. Whether it's a wedding in the hills of Napa, a corporate shoot in the heart of Silicon Valley, or an international destination project, we bring our full creative energy and professionalism to every frame.

How long will it take to receive our photos?

Depending on the package you select, it takes 24-48 hour to receive a sneak peek gallery (10-30 photos you could immediately share with your friends & family), and between 5-20 business days to receive your full digital gallery.

Yes, we offer prints and albums through our gallery platform, Pictime. Pictime offers a wide range of high-quality print options, including standard prints, canvas wraps, photo books, and albums. You can choose from various sizes and finishes to best showcase your images, ensuring your memories are beautifully displayed in a format that suits your style. The platform provides easy access to ordering, allowing you to preserve your wedding photos in stunning prints and albums.

To ensure we capture your day perfectly, here’s how you can help us prepare: Location Details: Share the venue photos with us.This allows us to plan and prep our gear based on the lighting and space. Wedding Party Names: Let us know the names of key wedding party members so we can quickly identify everyone and capture all the important moments. Visual Preferences: Share any visual preferences or specific shots you envision—whether it's certain styles, poses, or details you want to highlight. Timeline: Provide us with your timeline for the day so we can be prepared for key moments and ensure we’re in the right place at the right time.

How do you handle unexpected issues, like bad weather?

We’re fully prepared with high-quality weatherproof camera covers, lens rain shields, water-resistant lighting equipment, and umbrellas, and we’re flexible and creative when it comes to adjusting our plan. No matter what the weather brings, we’ll ensure that your photos are as beautiful and memorable as the love you’re celebrating.

What happens if we need to cancel your services?

Accepted Answer

We require a security deposit to secure your date. If you decide to work with another vendor, the deposit is retained. If you need to cancel your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances (such as an emergency or death in the family), we understand and will issue a full refund, so you don’t have to worry about added stress. Please note, if tickets or travel arrangements have been made, we will deduct those expenses from the deposit and refund the remaining balance.
