I’m Kelsey – a New Hampshire native elopement photographer for adventurous couples. I’m an avid traveler, having been to over 30 countries across 5 continents and 30 US states. So while I serve New England, you can also be confide in me no matter where you decide to elope! Telling your story means so much to me, and I will do whatever I can to make it the most unbelievable day and experience. I help location scout, provide vendor recommendations and more to make your day seamless so you can show up and enjoy! I keep you in the moment, and am there for you every step of the way. Here’s what to expect and the experience I provide: -Unlimited guidance, resources and access to my 70+ page elopement guide. -Location scouting and vendor recommendations: I do hours of research for the perfect location for your day and help find vendors so you can get your time back. -A partner in crime values your experience: I’ve been described as photographer, officiant, pack mule, cheering squad, scout, compass, guide, logistics partner, advice giver, and friend. -The details: How to carry your bouquet, an emergency kit and more. -Ordained officiant: If you want seclusion and privacy, I am ordained and can sign marriage papers!

    When my husband and I decided to get married, we were extremely overwhelmed and had no idea where to even start with planning such a monuentous event. After a few hours scrolling through Pinterest, we stumbled upon Kelsey’s photos from a previous elopement. From that first photo, we were memorized!! Her talent spoke for itself… capturing beautiful couples in the most gorgeous natural environments one could only hope to see in their lifetime. But there has to be a catch right? …Let me tell you… I have never met a more genuine, kind and dedicated person who works in a hospitality field. The one thing that I have always been very cognizant of, is whether or not a person truly is passionate about the work that they do. From the moment my husband and I met Kelsey, you could tell in an instant that she deeply cares about the service she provides and the people getting married. She puts her entire heart in listening to her couples, understanding their vision, and bringing their dreams to life. For us specifically, we needed more guidance than most, and Kelsey was so patient in helping us pivot when our elopement evolved into a micro-wedding without much warning. She provides an amazing service, her photos are incredible, and she took the time and effort to learn not only about us, but our family and friends who also attended. My eldest niece even walked away from the wedding saying that Kelsey was her “new bestie.” I could not be more grateful for Kelsey and her hard work to make our special day what it was. Thank you Kelsey! Book a consultation… trust me, you’ll be hooked. One more piece of advice… we hired Kelsey for an engagement photo shoot a few months before the big day. It was the BEST decision! Those few hours with her gave us the peace of mind that we made the right choice and got to understand the flow of her working style. Plus, we walked away with gorgeous photos to use for our wedding website. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

    From the moment we first met with Kelsey Converse, we were impressed by her open, interested, responsive, and caring communication style. Her creative and beautiful photography captured all the special moments of our engagement and wedding day perfectly. After our first meeting a year ago, our photographer, Amber Lovett, sent us a lovely gift package from Vermont! It made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire process.     Kelsey will provide you with the most intimate, unique, and genuine wedding experience and memories. She's so much more than your typical photographer - she's your navigator (location and logistics), your confidant, your semi-wedding planner, your peace-keeper, and most importantly, your friend. She takes a deep dive into who you are as individuals and as a couple, which allows her to capture your most vulnerable and intimate moments whilst feeling safe and secure. As she listened to all the things we wanted out of our wedding weekend, she helped us to carefully curate a 2-day event that met both our needs - an intimate ceremony with close friends and family followed by a solo hike, and then a big celebratory dinner for all to enjoy the following day. As a couple that typically likes to be behind the lens, Kelsey allowed us to move freely through the experience, focusing on being present with each other and our loved ones. I cannot recommend Kelsey and her business more, as you will leave your wedding experience with the most incredible tangible memories, and with a life-long friend!

    If you have found your way to the reviews for Kelsey and are still reading reviews then my first piece of advice is to stop immediately and reach out before she is fully booked for the time you'd be needing her! Working with Kelsey is a dream. As a person, she is thoughtful and comforting more than I could explain. Particularly being a 2020 #CoronaBride there's been a lot of ups and downs in the wedding planning process and somehow Kelsey stepped in for the role of friend, bridesmaid, planner, and day of coordinator. Oh - and she still managed to capture EVERYTHING on her camera! Her work is beautiful to say the least. Working with her on actual shoots feels so easy and comfortable, being the subject of her photos is legitimately fun. She gets to know you and wants to capture you and your love in it's own authentic way. Sure there are some posed photos, the kind that you'll be happy to have and look at and maybe also stare at with disbelief that's actually you... but for the most part she wants to you laugh and love and be dynamic and just be yourself. She captures real, pure love. And that, to me, is how I want to look back at my wedding day. The real moments. The in-between moments when you're not doing anything in particular. Kelsey is the kind of person that brings out the best in others and can spot the best, too. So, if you've read this far and are still not sure then I have no words for you. But if you've read this far with a smile just thinking about working with Kelsey, I can personally promise that you'll truly have the best day ever with her. I cannot wait for any and every reason to continue working with Kelsey in the future!
