I am very disappointed you didn't like the photos that has been a first time I hear that one of our couples doesn't not like our photos or work. It's really disappointing as well as embarrassing and heart breaking. I would like to point out that the photos you posted are blurry. But in the original photos that I have they do not look that way. (I will be posting some of the photos we took in our gallery if you or my future couples reading this would like to see them) Every Photographer is different. We all have different styles as well as different ways to work and edit. I understand that your experiences with other photographers you have been positioned or have been told how to pose. We shoot more documentary style, meaning we take photos of moments as they hapen. We also shoot posed photography as well if couple would like it and are okay with it. (Not every couple is okay with being posed or positioned) In conclusion, I did offer rescheduling an engagement session and she refused. As for the deposit, the reason it's not refundable is because on our contract, it says that all deposits are non-refundable. As well as we did showed up. We did take the photos and we did deliver photos to you. A different thing is that you disliked our photos or were not satisfied with our style or editing services. But the service was done and performed. I do respect your review, as well as everyone does have their freedom of speech. We all have the right to express our opinions to our best desire and convenience. In my opinion, your review is NOT TRUE. As well as I have all the evidence to prove it. It would've been easier for you to just say you didn't like my style or you didn't like my work or both, because at the end of the day, it was both that you didn't like. But instead, you played cool, including the day of the engagement session. When we were saying our goodbyes, you still played it cool smiled and told me that you were considering rescheduling an upcoming engagement session. Due to not having enough time for sunset photos. For you to Make this review and express your opinion. The way you did. I consider it to be a lie because that's not how you acted that day that we took the photos or when I asked you for your opinion of the photos. But like I said it is what it is. I don't consider my job or my editing to be beginner style. And I didn't appreciate the bashing on social media, but only my work and my performance will tell how good of a photographer I am. As well as all my satisfied couples I have worked with within the years. Once again I am sorry for the disappointing experience you had. As well as I hope you find the photographer that can accommodate you in all the accommodations.You are looking for in your engagement photos as well as your wedding photos. Also, my last advice would be not treating your fiancé. The way you did in front of other people that makes you seem rude not only to him, but you as a person.
