When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me soaking up life with my high school sweetheart, our beautiful daughter, and our two chocolate Labradors. Felisha Lees Photography was a joy to work with for our wedding. Felisha was so sweet, disarming and easy to work with yet also professional and fast. She beautifully captured all the special moments of our day with both film and digital. Felisha made us feel so comfortable with the photo process and was great at taking pictures of everything going on at the wedding beyond just us. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos, and we can’t thank Felicia enough for the incredible job she did! Our goal for wedding photos was to be transported back to our wedding day - more of a storytelling style than formal portraits. Felisha totally nailed it, and somehow managed to capture some extra magic in there too. Leading up to the wedding, Felisha was great at helping us feel comfortable with her, and we’re usually camera shy! We felt like we made a new friend! We weren’t planning to do a “first look”, but after how much we loved our engagement photos we decided to add that element to our wedding day as an excuse to get more time with Felisha and have some more Amazing portraits. During the wedding, Felisha and her second shooter were totally professional and unobtrusive - we didn’t notice them doing their thing, and neither did our guests. She was fun to work with, super on top of everything, and the results speak for themselves. We’re already dreaming up other life events that we might want to have professionally photographed, as an excuse to work with her again!

Choosing Felisha to be our wedding photographer truly was one of best decisions we made throughout our planning process. Right from the first phone call with her we could feel her excitement, passion and love for being a photographer. She made us feel comfortable and was there with us every step of the way for the whole time we got to work together. We chose to do our engagement photos with her and she knew just how to shake out all our nerves/shyness, making the whole process fun and stress free. The engagement photos were so beautiful and perfect to use for our Save the Dates. On our wedding day, Felisha was a constant source of genuine joy. She worked with our families and the vendor team seamlessly. She was always there to guide us, she kept everyone on time and she reminded me on multiple occasions to take a second to soak everything in. I had numerous family members and friends come up to me to tell me how amazing our photographer was throughout the night and in the weeks that followed. She laughed with our loved ones, she cried with our loved ones and she broke it down on the dance floor with everyone all while taking the most beautiful photos. And don't even get me started on the film! I will never run out of good things to say about Felisha. She photographed moments that we will cherish forever. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and on the day of our wedding she knew exactly how to capture all the special snippets of our day that would mean the most to look back on. We love Felisha and if we could do it again we would absolutely choose her!
