I am so excited you're here! My name is Erin, and I'm your Washington DC area wedding photographer. I'm a sucker for stunning natural light, and have a passion for preserving precious moments and everyday beauty. Big smiles, infectious laughter, colorful flowers and the clinking of champagne glasses are just a few of my favorite things.

I've had a camera in my hand ever since I was a kid, and have accumulated 10+ years of photography experience. I've also been featured by publications such as Wedding Rule and Couture Colorado. Over the years, 100+ clients have granted me the honor of documenting their lives through my lens, and I'm grateful to also consider each client a friend (and the more, the merrier!) I pride myself in not only producing beautiful images but also an empowering, easy, empathetic and fun photography experience.

    Erin was a rockstar for both our DC micro-wedding and engagement shoot! From the very beginning, Erin was an exceptional communicator. She was flexible in scheduling, very responsive, and meticulously documented every detail to ensure nothing was overlooked. Her guidance was invaluable, from helping us choose the perfect location for the engagement shoot, to assisting in creating a seamless timeline for the wedding day. The photos themselves were absolutely stunning. Erin provided a great variety, including film and black & white shots, capturing the essence of our special moments beautifully. The delivery of the photos was impressively fast, with sneak peeks available within 24 hours! Erin helped us pose naturally and found the best backgrounds at our venues. Her creativity and eye for detail made every shot look incredible. She even stepped in to help with a wardrobe malfunction with my dress, ensuring everything went smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Erin as your DMV wedding photographer!

    I found Erin through another DC wedding photographer who wasn't available on my wedding day but highly recommended her based on their similar photography style: classic and elegant. These adjectives were exactly what I wanted for our wedding day - someone who can capture our big day, while also finding beauty in the smallest details to the grandest backdrop. When I shared her work with a number of photographers, they quickly identified Erin's work was exceptional. After our first video call, I found Erin so easy to talk to and knew that I could trust her on our big day. When we first started to work with her on our engagement photo shoot, Erin was so fun and made us look so effortlessly beautiful. I was terrified of looking awkward, but she knew all the ways to make us look natural and elegant. Erin was also prompt in getting us our engagement photos since we wanted to share them on our wedding website; many of our friends and family were shocked by how amazing we looked in the DC landmarks. Weeks before the wedding, Erin went to our venues to get a feel of the atmosphere and to figure out if there would be any other issues (such as other conflicting events that would impact our wedding party photo shoot). Her attention-to-detail and making sure she was familiar with the locations truly made me feel like she was going above and beyond! Fast forward on the wedding day, Erin and her team arrived on-time and worked seamlessly with the vendors and the wedding party to ensure both my husband and I can focus on each other. She knew how to guide the wedding party and our families during our photo shoot, making sure everyone looked their best! One memory comes to mind was when a bridesmaid pointed out: "Wow your photographer is willing to get her flats wet in the Portrait Gallery's water scrim so that she can get the best angle of us..." This is exactly what I mean that Erin was delivering top-notch quality service! After the wedding party, family and couple portrait photo shoot, Erin and her team worked quietly in the background making sure they were capturing us perfectly during our ceremony. We also had a tea ceremony as part of our cocktail hour and Erin did a phenomenal job photographing the ornate details of my culture. One of the next most important part of our wedding was the reception - which she took dreamy classic photographs of us, our guests, along with the finer details of the flowers, cake and the whole elegant vibe. It was all so surreal to see the photos captured so perfectly. From Erin's quick turn-around in getting our photos back (less than two months!) to her amazing and positive attitude, I am so relieved and blessed to have Erin as our wedding photographer.
