Hi Kurt & Megha, We welcome everyone to view the videos and photos and judge the quality of our services for themselves. You can see the beautiful video in question here, To clarify, we withdrew from your project three weeks before the wedding due to a conflict of interest and the volume of communications. Despite offering a full refund and recommending other photographers and videographers, you chose to stay with us, and we continued to serve you in good faith. Although you sent 10-15 emails daily, which we believe was excessive, we responded to each one, even while on vacation and during an emergency. We delivered the photos and videos via Cloud Drive before receiving full payment, which you completed only after reviewing the final outputs. We also personally handed over the physical copies to you. Our contract covered 10 hours of service with four resources, with an agreement to deliver 500-700 edited photos. However, we provided 930 edited images. The highlight video was agreed at 5-7 minutes, but we delivered a 12-minute version. For the full video, we agreed to up to 1 hour and 30 minutes, but we delivered 2 hours and 1 minute, which included mobile clips from a third party. All videos and photos contain metadata that confirms their creation and editing times, which cannot be altered. We also have signed contracts, documented communications, and records of all payments and revisions. Our legal team is preparing to take this matter to court. We will not tolerate false claims, harassment, or defamatory statements in public forums. If we have made any legitimate error, we are prepared to accept responsibility and bear the legal costs. We expect the same level of accountability from your side. Over the last three years, we have completed 50+ weddings and 200+ events, with all videos posted on our YouTube channel. You are the only client to raise such issues a year after delivery. We also have evidence that you frequently post negative reviews against various vendors (screenshots of your deleted reviews are on record). The only positive review you've posted is for a restaurant owned by your relatives which was deleted after we pointed but we have the screenshot :
