Kendra Bliss is a self-taught, bridal makeup artist from Lanham, MD. Her passion for makeup artistry began in college. In 2011, she realized there was a shortage of makeup artists for women of varying skin color and types. Since she loved to get her makeup done and did not have a place to go, she decided to educate herself and be there. Since then, she has learned immensely by taking makeup classes, and consistently practicing with family and friends. Now she is published and recognized in the bridal industry in publications such as MunaLuchi Bride!

When it comes to finding a makeup artist for your wedding day, most people believe everyday makeup artists & bridal makeup artists are the same. However, being a published bridal artist, I understand the key to achieving a flawless wedding day beauty looks, is all about how you layer both skincare and makeup. Using my signature "Bliss Beauty Bridal” technique, it allows my bridal makeup to * last 8-12 hours (sweat-proof/oil-control); * feel like skin (not heavy or cakey); * looks beautiful in both photo and video (signature custom look), so my brides feel like themselves and can cherish these memories for years to come.
