Our specialties are sultry and natural glam makeup, as well boho chic hair, and gorgeous sleek and elevated styles! We have experience with a range of skin and hair types and tones, as well as a wide range of products, including airbrush makeup and hair extensions. We provide in-studio and on-site beauty services in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. We also have a new location in Tacoma, WA, and have artists in the greater PNW area. We specialize in services for weddings and special events.

We really do put the client first. We take extra care to ensure we actually listen, respond in a timely manner, attempt to be flexible and the least stressful part of your planning process. Our clients are truly priority.

Flower girl/JR bridesmaid (age 9 and under) hair is $55, and makeup is $55.

First, airbrush is included in all of our pricing. Score! Airbrush is a silicone based makeup, which makes it comfortable and long lasting, as well as flexible for use on multiple skin types. It has buildable coverage, which makes it customizable to each person. It's a win!

Yes! We have a team of freelancers that we have interviewed, and trust their work and skills. Our freelancers can ensure you and your party are taken care of.

Blush And Braids Beauty Bar was incredible to work with for my wedding day hair and makeup. They always responded quickly to my questions and were super polite throughout the process. Dana does AMAZING work - my makeup and even my lipstick stayed perfect the entire wedding day. They contributed to my hair and makeup, leaving me feeling like a flawless bride for my special day. They even finished earlier than scheduled. Just amazing service overall!

I can’t say enough great things about the beauty team I had. Brenda did phenomenal on my makeup! I was happy crying all day and night and my makeup held up the entire time. She listened to what I wanted and made my face feel weightless even with a full face and foundation! Mercedes did wonders with my hair and the curls held all night even through jumping, crazy wind, and a handsy groom lol. She’s the sweetest and so supportive of whatever I wanted. Eva did fantastic with all of the hair and makeup she did for my girls also! Huge thanks all around the such a fantastic team. Overall communication was great prior to booking and died down a bid in the middle of the experience and towards my wedding but I’m guessing that was due to it being a busier time of year. At the end of the day I’d highly recommend them though, especially the fantastic artists that I had the pleasure of working with.

I HIGHLY recommend using BBBB for your beauty services. As a bride who doesn't typically wear makeup and has naturally curly/wavy hair, my priority for hair/makeup services was finding a place who would make me look and feel beautiful and confident, but still like myself. The BBBB team KNOCKED it out of the park. Amy (makeup), Milian (hair) and Brenda (hair/makeup) were so kind and professional while doing hair/makeup for myself, my mother, my two grandmothers, my mother-in-law, and my two maids-of-honor. They kept us on schedule, but were flexible when someone was running behind or needed to take a break. Their energy was fun, warm, and relaxing, which helped to really set the tone for the day. Everyone was saying how the morning of the wedding felt almost like a spa experience – it was that relaxing! We all looked beautiful, seriously. And we all felt like *ourselves*, which was a top priority for us. I remarked to my husband that I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life on my wedding day – and I don't know if I'll ever feel more gorgeous! So much of that is attributed to the hair and makeup services I received from BBBB. I felt so confident heading into our wedding day. Not once did I feel preoccupied about my appearance, because the artists crushed it. Thank you BBBB crew for making such a special, cherished day all the more magical.

We had an amazing experience working with Blush and Braids Beauty Bar for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We worked closely with Sara, the owner, to book and coordinate, and she made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. The team she put together for us was nothing short of fantastic! On the morning of our wedding, Hung and Yoce handled hair, while Brenda and Giselle did makeup for our group of 12 ladies. They were absolute pros, working efficiently without sacrificing any attention to detail. Everyone who was glammed up that morning was thrilled with how they looked, and we received so many compliments throughout the day on the beautiful job they did. Each artist brought their own expertise and creativity to the table, and it showed in the final results—every style was flawless, and everyone felt so confident and beautiful.
