You Need This Coordinator!!
Katherine and her assistant Cynthia were the rockstars of the day! I can’t express enough how professional they were at handling everything leading up to the day with constant communication, the rehearsal with both our families, and our 30 day final walk through. She coordinated with all our vendors thirty days out and everyone was even more organized due to her thoroughness. She asked things even my super organized self didn’t think to ask. Hiring Katherine was definitely the best thing we did to have an incredible wedding.

We couldn’t have asked for better wedding day coordinators than Kat and Cynthia! From start to finish, they worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was exactly as we had envisioned. They went above and beyond to make sure all the decor was perfectly set up, matching our vision to the last detail. Their help extended far beyond just decorations—they were there every step of the way, assisting with everything from helping with the bride’s dress to checking the alcoholic beverages and ensuring everything was running smoothly. Their coordination of the first look and the ceremony was seamless, and they were indispensable during the photo sessions, making sure everything stayed on schedule and that we captured all the shots we wanted. They even took care of little things we didn’t think of, like ensuring the bride and groom were well-fed and comfortable, and that we were happy with how every situation unfolded. Kat and Cynthia were incredibly attentive and available whenever we needed them, whether it was answering questions, calming nerves, or simply checking in to see how we were doing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and calming presence made a world of difference on our special day. I cannot reccomend Kat enough. A coworker relationship turned into friendship that FLOURISHED into her making my floral dreams for my wedding come to absolute life. She is so talented, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I showed her pictures and she ran with it. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t go unnoticed at all. When my vendor who made our faux flowers showed up late and the guys bouts looked like absolute trash, she took the time (because she had leftovers from what she made) to go make 3 other bouts so that our dream came true. Her dedication to sustainability is top notch! I am so happy I chose her to be our florist! Her partner Marissa- though we didn’t use her for our wedding, I have inquired with her for cupcakes before. She has the best ideas for cupcakes and is so so friendly! As a team their day of coordination is top notch. They are the REAL DEAL! Make sure to hire them for you big day. You won’t regret it!
