Beloved Events Co. is a wedding planning boutique dedicated to making your wedding planning process easier and your Wedding day enjoyable! We offer Design, Coordination and Floral services and are experts when it comes to all things wedding!

Something unique about us is that we offer both Coordination and Floral services for weddings! We try to make the process easier for our couples by offer both services in-house so you have less vendors to go through when planning your wedding. We've also heard that our minimum for florals is much lower than most florist in the OC area. We only enforce what we believe is an easy number for all couples to reach!

    Planning a COVID wedding was extremely stressful to say the least. But I’m so glad I hired Beloved Events Co because I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. I had to reschedule my wedding two times due to COVID changing our original plans and by the third time, I just wanted to give up. My original coordinator decided she was unable to continue with my wedding due to growing concerns of safety due to COVID, (which was totally understandable!) BUT with less than a month left to the wedding, I was panicking to find someone to help. I was lucky that Angie was available on such short notice. I originally hired Beloved Events Co just for florals but after hearing about my dilemma, Angie offered her services and I was so grateful to have her. As soon as Angie stepped in as my coordinator, everything started to flow SO SMOOTHLY! During the few weeks before my wedding, she took care of communications between the other vendors, was always keeping me in the loop, and managed our timeline and all the other small details. Communications may not seem like such a big deal, but when you’re working a 9-5 job and you can’t be readily available to plan every small detail with every single vendor, then having someone take care of all the communications suddenly becomes a HUGE deal. It seriously made me wonder why I hadn’t hired Angie sooner!!! I would have been a much less stressed-out bride. The wedding was flawless thanks to Angie and she did an amazing job bringing my dream florals to life. She listened to all my concerns in regards to keeping this event as COVID-safe as possible and delivered beyond what I expected. If you’re looking for a coordinator or a florist, all I can say is that you won’t regret going with Beloved Events Co. They genuinely care for their brides and will make sure that you can just enjoy the process getting married!!

    Angie and the BelovedEvents team was nothing short of amazing as our wedding coordinator and florals. From day 1 of meeting with her to start envisioning our wedding, to even days after our wedding, BelovedEvents team went above and beyond for us! First of all, as wedding coordinator, Angie was always on top of it, very responsive, accessible, flexible, and proactive. These are the traits we look for highly in a wedding coordinator and she had it all! She helped not only make our dream wedding come true, but also executed it on the day of. We fully trusted her through the entire planning process and especially the day of. We felt a huge relief knowing that she had our back and was coordinating and directing everything to run smoothly, which she did. Even after the wedding, Angie took care of us by making sure we didn’t forget anything, took stuff home and stored it for us until we were able to pick it up. If that’s not going beyond her job description, I don’t know what is ..!! Now for decoration and florals- We loved our decorations and florals at our wedding. Our vision could not have come to life any better. At the planning of it all, we were so unsure of what colors/florals/centerpieces/decors go well with our venue, bridesmaid dresses, suits, etc… we had so many questions. Angie’s experience helped us guide and narrow down our choices. As the wedding date got closer, we wanted to change things around and Angie was so flexible and helpful to make these changes. With everything said, we are so thankful to Angie and BelovedEvents team. Unfortunately, we hope to not have another wedding (hahahah), but if that were a thing, we would definitely want BelovedEvents as our coordinator and florals again!!!
