About our Owner and Founder of the business Tim is Distinguished for his talent and creativity on the national food scene, Chef-proprietor Tim has earned the honor as one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food & Wine Magazine after he founded the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Serve All Catering, in 1987. Serve All Catering Company was established in 1987 in order to meet the growing demand for high-quality special events and corporate catering in Orlando Florida.

Serve All Catering has the best of both worlds. Our owner Chef Tim, who also oversees the company's kitchen and operations has cooked for many celebrities, athletes and public figures. Chef Tim has also made several television appearances that include the Today Show and local Orlando news stations. He has seen his culinary masterpieces at Serve All Catering Company grace the covers of 6 national magazines. Not to mention Chef Tim has also had countless features in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Catering Magazine, BigBash, Special Events, and Catersource.

    Serve All Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was prompt, clear and consistent, which put us at ease every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. The appetizers were beautifully served during the cocktail hour, and the buffet line was efficiently managed by their courteous and attentive servers. The overall quality of their work and value was truly clawesome - professional, classy and just awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our special day.

    I am a return customer, I have used them for my daughter’s wedding (250 people)this past August and recently in the middle of January for a rehearsal dinner for 140 people. I would use them again for ANY event! Some of our guests still talk about the food from my daughter‘s wedding, which was a custom menu that the chef and I designed for a brunch. Everything was simply PERFECT from the drinks to the bacon! And there was plenty of food, people went back for seconds. At the rehearsal dinner in January, we had a dinner buffet, beautifully presented and delicious. I also used their bartender, who was professional and efficient. I am SO thankful that they agreed to drive an hour and a half from Sanford so that I could use them for this event in Lakeland, Florida. From my first meeting with Chef Ramon to my dealings with Jennifer Vuich(who is the most organized, friendly person ever-thinking of things and making suggestions), I could trust that they would do an excellent job. Five stars is not enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would. I also feel that they were reasonably priced for the QUALITY of their product and the quality of their STAFF. For my first event I priced the competition in the area looking at about five or six other caterers- they were not the cheapest but they were certainly not the most expensive by quite a lot. You will not be sorry to use them for any event, I cannot give them high enough praise(and I am picky)! They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and had everything ready exactly as our plan indicated- in this day and age that is truly amazing! They do what they say they are going to do and they do it well!

    I used Serve All catering service which was highly recommended by the Sandborne Center where we had the wedding event. Jennifer Vuich was absolutely amazing from the minute I met her. She knew I was on a tight budget and made it all happen, she made me feel like family. Walked me through every detail with me leaving with a huge weight of my shoulders and a hug! Anytime we met it started and ended with a hug, I absolutely loved the way she reassured me it was going to be perfect. The big day came and it was more than I hoped for! We got the Taco buffet and it was displayed beautifully, shrimp, steak, chicken and beef with all the fixed. Beautiful salad bar with fruit, cheeses everything was absolutely delicious! Not only was the buffet beautiful but all her staff was just as amazing. They did so much more than I expected like filled all the champagne glasses on all the tables, picked up dirty dishes at the guest tables, just willing to do anything I needed. They also did our open bar and the set up for that was just lovely! Her staff did such an Amazing job assuring that all guest had everything they needed at all times. When the reception was coming to an end Jennifer and staff personally helped me pack up all my things, helped me clear all tables of flowers helped me get some stuff in my car. They all just went over and beyond making this a perfect day for me and my daughter. The food was served hot and absolutely delicious! I truly can not say enough on how perfect everything was. I would highly recommend "Serve All" to anyone who asks!! Thank you for everything! I loved working with Jennifer so much that I hired them for my own personal Christmas party at home!
