Hi, my name is Erika & I own More Than Cheese LLC - a handcrafted & themed charcuterie business focused on elevating your celebrations & special moments with premium charcuterie. We offer everything from mini individual charcuterie boxes to grazing tables! We aim to impress you and your guests with every bite.
We offer themed and personalized charcuterie including personal messages written in cheese, particular color schemes & more! We can even match the particular wedding theme with our creations. We also have taken (and are continuing to take) extensive food styling and cheese pairings classes so our knowledge of tasteful bites goes beyond what you will typically find on a charcuterie board. We really focus on creating both delectable and visually stunning products.

Their communication was quick and easy throughout the planning process, and they put together a beautiful display for our grazing table that all of our guests raved about. The food they provided was not only visually stunning, but incredibly delicious as well. More Than Cheese truly went above and beyond to make our special day even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience, and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Flavorful and Fun
Erika from More Than Cheese catered a wedding I went to this Summer with a huge board I will never forget! Her pairings and flavor choices were so thoughtful and really stood out from other charcuterie boards I’ve tried—I’ve been thinking about it since! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to add charcuterie to their wedding and I can’t wait to use her at my own.
