Helberg Barbecue takes the worry out of catering, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment. Amanda and Carson entrusted us with their entire wedding weekend from rehearsal dinner, to day of wedding, passed appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner buffet, late night snack and more! We handled every detail of Amanda and Carson's wedding with professionalism and care. Their celebration began with a delectable rehearsal dinner for 50, featuring our Smoked Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chops – a tender, flavorful masterpiece paired with a vibrant Spiced Pear and Cranberry Chutney and creamy Feta Cheese Grits. We also provided convenient and delicious boxed lunches for the wedding party on their big day, ensuring the Wedding Party was taken care of every step of the way. The reception kept guests munching with delicious passed appetizers like our signature Pork Belly Wings and Pesto Turkey and Cheddar Crackers. Followed by a family-style buffet showcasing Helberg's Famous Barbecue. Our team handled all set up, tear down and serving - creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all of Amanda and Carson's family and friends. And as the evening unfolded, a table long charcuterie display fueled the celebration late into the night! From entire wedding weekends, to just the basics, We'll work closely with you to create a customized menu within your budget that your guests will rave about - - and handle all the logistics, so you can focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love.

    Not only are we fans of Helberg in our everyday life, but having them cater our wedding was a total dream! Our friends and families raved about the delicious brisket, pork steak and Pesto turkey and many Texas locals said it was the best BBQ they’d ever had! To this day, people still talk about how good the food was at our wedding. All staff was professional, timely and very kind! We love the Helberg family in every respect and 10/10 recommend you have them cater your wedding or event!

    The Helbergs are the absolute best! We used them for our wedding and still reminisce about our amazing wedding food. Not only was the food delicious, but their process from start to finish was outstanding. Food: Our family members still rave about how delicious the food was and this is a big deal in my family! It is one of the most memorable parts of our wedding day! Process: They make this very easy and they understand how much food you’ll need for a wedding of a specific size. We didn’t need to worry about any of the set up or tear down (for the food). They serve your food with smiles and laughter, joy and pride in their work too. We couldn’t be happier - our guests too! If you love high quality bbq, some excellent people/service, and don’t want to stress about wedding catering, they are your people!

    Helberg Barbeque catered my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Yvette and Phillip were friendly, professional, and organized. Their team worked hard to be sure that all was perfect. Each dish was flavorful. The grits were elevated with a bit of feta cheese. I can taste that creaminess. OMG, the pork belly, turkey, and pepper appetizers at cocktail hour were outstanding. Guests were impressed. The turkey and brisket were moist and flavorful. So grateful that we chose Helberg Barbeque. Hats off to them!

    Helberg Barbecue was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! They catered our entire wedding weekend: Rehearsal Dinner, Day of Boxed Lunches and Snacks, Passed Appetizers during Cocktail Hour, Wedding Reception Dinner, AND Late night snack. From the very beginning, their communication style was compassionate, efficient, and responsive. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly exceptional - the food was absolutely delicious, with a real "wow factor" that had our guests raving and going back for seconds and thirds. At our rehearsal dinner, they created a custom menu that had people fighting over the leftovers to take home. And on the wedding day, I couldn't stop hearing about the mouthwatering Pork Belly Buffalo Bites - they even made sure my husband and I got a special plate delivered to our table, as well as to-go plates for when we drove off into the sunset. Helberg Barbecue made our wedding come to life in a way I didn't expect at all - it was incredible. I loved working with Anna, who was so thoughtful of all the details and ensured everything was effortless. They truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.
