Graze Dat Charcuterie takes the diverse presentation aspect to an entirely new level. The charcuterie arrangements, or “grazing” boards, produced by owner Elizabeth Choto are vibrant works of art, with various cured meats, sausages, fruits, vegetables, pickles, chutneys and cheeses arrayed in spiraling, three dimensional designs that often resemble floral arrangements

Graze Dat! offers a wide selection of charcuterie sizes, from a picnic-for-two to boutique wedding receptions, and beyond. Charcuterie can be arranged in the classic board format, in jars, boxes, or even in the shape of letters (think: wedding initials or birthday honorees.)

    I hired Graze Dat! to create custom appetizer and dessert cups for a client's surprise 50th birthday party. I was absolutely thrilled with the grazing cups and dessert cups that the company created. The attention to detail and creativity that went into each cup was remarkable, and the assortment of delicious bites was not only visually stunning but also delicious! The team ensured that every element, from the cheeses and charcuterie to the sweet treats, was of the highest quality. The birthday celebrant and her guests couldn't stop raving about how unique and delightful the grazing cups were. The cups truly added a touch of elegance and indulgence to her special day. Booking with Graze Dat! was easy, and they made themselves available for any questions that we had. We had to change a few things along the ways, and despite that, they were responsive and happy to help achieve the larger goal of a perfect event. On the day of the event, they delivered and set every thing up on time and with no fuss. We will definitely be using Graze Dat! again for future events.

    We hired Graze Dat! to provide a charcuterie table for a 10 year anniversary and renewing of vows celebration. The event was a mix of business associates and family members. We definitely wanted to leave a lasting impression on the guest. Graze Dat! exceeded expectations. Liz the owner created a beautiful table that had our guest buzzing during the reception. Several of our attendees asked for her contact information. We are still getting compliments on that event. If you want to add a "wow" element, I definitely recommend Graze Dat!'s grazing table.

    Hiring Graze Dat to put together a grazing table for a good friends babyshower was the best decision in regards to food options I could have made. Not only was it beautiful, but so delicious and fresh. It was a hit and completely stress free! I could not recommend them more and will be a returning customer for sure.
