I can't say enough good things about the team at First Class Catering Service. They are extremely professional, and care about making a successful event for their clients. We hired them for our Wedding of 150 people, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family. The food is also SO amazing! I highly recommend them, and look forward to when I can use them again!

I have had the opportunity to work with First Class Catering on a few events. I found them to be extremely professional, both in the way they are attired and their communication with the client. As a wedding planner, I often get requests that are a little out of the box, they have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my clients and have exceeded the expectation each time. They are true team players, easy to work with and very flexible, not to mention, their food is amazing!!!

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand and an initial deposit is made, we can waive this fee and a menu tasting will be included. We offer menu tastings at our office location in Palm Desert.

For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.

Yes! We can accommodate all dietary restrictions from Vegans, Vegetarian, Kosher, to Allergy restrictions as well.

We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.

We service all of the Coachella Valley such as Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Thermal, Thousand Palms, Coachella. We also service the High Desert such as Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and even some instances where we have gone to Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead.

We recommend at least 6 months to a year in advance since we book out very quickly.

Yes, we offer Full Bars! We have competitive rates with our open bars that include our liquor liability insurance for the day. Please contact us for more information!

We offer Buffet Service, Plated Meal Service, and Family Style Service. We also offer a Delivery Drop off with a Disposable Buffet service for events that do not need staff on site.

At this time, we offer American Fusion, Mediterranean, Mexican, BBQ, and Italian. We have a full service kitchen with private chefs that can customize your menu as needed.

First, we do a phone call meeting that usually lasts anywhere between 5-20 minutes discussing your event details, menu options and service styles. After the call, our staff works on a template Catering proposal to be emailed to you. This proposal will feature photos of our food, the menu, staff, and pricing. These proposals are usually 85% accurate, but we leave room for our any menu changes or guest count changes. After our clients review, there may be some changes that are needed and we work on those right away. From there, we are secured and work with our clients along the way to bring their vision to life with a tasting and site visit.
