I'm the former Chef & Owner of Charivari - Restaurant, in Houston TX After closing the restaurant before the Pandemic, I started my new venture, "Exquisite Cusine LLC, Travel with Chef Johann Schuster Worldwide"🌏🌎 I'm specialized organizing and creating logistics for events, weddings, private Chef's Dinners, Popup Dinners, and Food & Wine Tours all over the World.

I'm active in the Food industry over the last 35 years and gained lots of experience and knowledge, about nutrition, food and wine, as well international hospitality. My goal is always creating something exciting for the customers and making sure they're happy, because then I know that I will be happy too. I'm choosing always the best ingredients, working with, that's the only way to be able creating and, cooking exquisite food for my customers!     Johann is an incredible chef that can make anything based on your wedding theme. He did an incredible job mixing a Romanian English/American wedding with food. We hired Johann for the entire week leading up to the wedding to cook dinners for family members that arrived into town early. He also catered our rehearsal dinner. Both the rehearsal dinner and wedding were backyard weddings and we were very impressed with how well Johann handled the situations and even setup the kitchen for the wedding. Would recommend and use again for future events like milestone anniversaries!

    We have known Johann for at least twenty years and greatly enjoyed his dinners over all that time. His wide culinary knowledge is exceeded only by tremendous skill and his deep desire that his guests enjoy themselves. He takes care to select the best ingredients and to prepare them perfectly.
