We started a bison ranch in 2020 and after a few years of cooking under a tent we decided to upgrade and got our truck. We love providing local, healthy, and delicious food to our community. We are both veterans and after serving came together and started our business.

We serve America's original red meat. Nothing beats the juiciness and leanness that bison provides. Our bison are not gamey tasting but yet enjoy a wild hands off lifestyle. We love our bison and they take good care of our land.

    Bison Burger Battalion was a great choice for catering a big retirement party. They kept us well informed throughout the planning process and were very responsive to our questions and requests. The food they served at our recent retirement party was delicious and the presentation was fun. They are a local business which is always a plus.     We had Bison Battalion's Taco Bar at work, and it was a big hit. Loved the bison and all the extras, the rice and bean sides were great, and I especially liked the queso. Nice change for the standard taco bars.
