at Autumn’s we provide delicious, upscale comfort food while priding ourselves on being one of Richmond VA’s more affordable, professional caterers. our custom menus offer fresh ingredients that are hand prepared and can be tailored to meet your exact need and party style. if you don’t see what you’re looking for, let us know, we can create a menu just for you and your event. we also provide vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free menu items as well.

no matter the function or size, our professionally trained staff do our best to meet all your needs and make your event an extra special one. we pride ourselves on top-notch customer service and getting to know each of our clients. we specialize in out-of-town clients, and can create that perfect vision from afar.

Autumn's Catering & Cafe was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction, their communication was effective, easy, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was unmatched - the food was absolutely delicious, their organization was priceless, and they truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. When we had a minor incident with some broken glass, Claudine was right on top of it, making sure everything was cleaned up swiftly. They also expertly organized the beautiful cheesecakes provided by another vendor, ensuring the dessert display looked gorgeous. We are so grateful to Autumn's Catering & Cafe for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding celebration unforgettable.

Autumn's Catering & Cafe provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was quick, detailed, and highly responsive, which put us at ease. On the day of, the quality of their work was absolutely delicious - our guests raved about the flavors and presentation of the food. They also made sure we were able to eat throughout the reception, which was a huge help as the bride and groom. We couldn't have asked for a better catering team to be a part of our special day.

We are so lucky to have found Autumn's Custom Catering for our wedding! We found it was still cheaper to pay their travel fee to go from Richmond to Charlottesville than to find a local caterer and we so appreciate them making the long haul for us! Claudine and staff were friendly, informative, and responsive. The food was AMAZING and all of the catering staff went above and beyond to make our day special. They even helped put away decor and chairs at the end of the night while boxing up our leftovers (which we're still enjoying a week later!) We got so many compliments on both the food and the helpfulness of the catering crew and we cannot thank them enough!!

Autumn's Catering & Cafe was a pleasure to work with for our wedding catering. The communication throughout the planning process was great - Claudine always responded promptly to questions and if she wasn't available, she let us know when she could talk in more detail. The food quality and presentation exceeded our expectations. Everything we tasted at the tastings was delicious and innovative. They really customized options to our preferences too. On the wedding day, the staff was friendly, attentive to all guests, and made sure everything flowed smoothly without needing any additional communication from me. The dessert display was gorgeous. I appreciated that they helped out in many small ways behind the scenes as well. Overall, Autumn's delivered exceptionally on the food, service and attention to detail that made our wedding day special and stress-free when it came to the catering.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Our professionally trained staff will set up the food tables in the requested style and colors. we will also survey the room, remove trash, bus tables and clean up the food area. we will also pack up the food items and catering supplies.

We are able to provide full event party planning and decorating services, professional bartenders and bar service, service staff, plated table service with customized tableware, room design and decoration. we can also setup and breakdown tables, and provide specialized rental items such as tents, dishes, tables, table linens and napkins at an additional fee.

Our staff is usually on site one to two hours prior to the start of your event, depending on your party size. we use this time to set up and organize the site.

We ask that you or a representative of your party or facility be there to grant us access to your site. you do not need to be present during the time we are setting your space. if you are unable to be there during the arranged time, we do ask that we meet with you no less than 48 hours prior to your event, to go over any special instructions, get keys or discuss final changes.

Yes. we may be able to provide service for small lunches and dinners with at least 5 hours notice depending on the menu chosen. we also can provide service for larger functions and weddings if request is made no later than 4pm the prior day.

We typically service the central virginia area. we will gladly travel throughout the state of virginia and neighboring states for an an additional travel fee.

We do not charge extra for weekends, and yes, we do cater on sundays, when available. certain holidays may carry an additional fee.

All parties are subject to state, local and henrico meal taxes. an additional fee will be charged for parties of more than 165 guests. if the event runs longer than 4 hours, an additional fee per hour, per staff member will be charged.

We ask that any changes to the menu be made no later than 7 days prior to your event. any increases to the guest amount should be made no later than 3 days prior. guest reductions can only be made within the first 30 days after booking. location and date changes will be made as needed and may incur an additional fee.

We ask that you let us know if there are circumstances that require you to move or reschedule your event as soon as possible. we will try to make the transition as smooth as possible. an additional fee may be charged to cater the event at a later date.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards or paypal.
