Through the years, I have expressed my creativity through a number of hobbies but none of them inspired me more than baking. Eager to learn all I could, I took my hobby of baking to the professional level and enrolled in the Baking and Pastry Arts program at South Puget Sound Community College. After graduating at the top of my class, I decided to explore the business of baking. I discovered the cottage food industry and it fits my style of baking perfectly. I can work from home and offer customers the safety of an inspected kitchen, while also providing personal attention to you and creative detail to my products.
