Galaxy Pies

The finest pie under the desert sky lovingly handcrafted in a licensed home kitchen in Joshua Tree, CA. Your baker is Alexandra Martinez, a self-described jack of all trades and master of none! Well, except for one: PIE! Alexandra Martinez started her baking career in Brooklyn, NY at the beloved Blue Stove bakery. She then worked at the world-renowned Four & Twenty Blackbirds before coming back to the West Coast and working at I Like Pie in Claremont, CA.

Galaxy Pies was created in deep gratitude to the people who taught me how to bake well and what it takes to be a good baker. The most valuable things I’ve learned are dedication to quality ingredients, willingness to adapt and experiment, and always seek to bring joy to the people I bake for.

    It was a pleasure to work with Galaxy Pies for a pie-pop up at my shop. The pre-order and pick-up went smoothly. Additional pies were baked to sell on-site. All the customers were happy and said they would come again the next one. We ordered a custom pie for the shop and it looked and tasted amazing. I will continue to work with Galaxy Pies for my place of business and for personal pies.

    Alexandra was professional and thoughtful. Her pies were a reflection of the love she had crafted into them. My family thoroughly enjoyed them and they inspired us to learn how to make the perfect dough, which was way more tedious than we thought! lol
