I take every cake that I bake as a blessing and make it to the best of my ability. Taste is the most important factor to me when it comes to cake. I believe in baking big cakes, tall cakes, lots of layers of fresh cake and homemade butter icing. We use fresh fruits and natural pure flavorings.
