With the move to a new city, owner, Jasmine began searching for the specialty coffee shop as she knew it in New York, a place that takes you away from the hustle and noise of the busy streets. Since then, opening a coffee shop has been one of her life goals and remains so today. Along with her husband Aaron, she set out on that journey of starting with this specialty coffee cart in 2019. Together they serve coffee and love to interact with all of the many people they encounter along the way..

Villette, our “little village” was created on the idea that good coffee should not only be enjoyed but experienced. We believe every cup is an invitation to conversation. A memory waiting to be made. Why choose us? We take care of everything, from signature beverages to stunning setups, leaving you free to savor the magic.
