    Ross and the UnMuddled team were phenomenal from the first email until the end of our wedding. We would pick them every single time if we did it again. Their initial questionnaire and our ideas helped the team to find the perfect blend of drink options. The cocktails vibed well with our vision (subtle tiki inspiration), and the team’s genuine investment in making our wedding memorable was felt by us and all our guests. More specific details outlined below. Process - extremely responsive; opportunities for tweaks throughout; always felt like there was full transparency in their pricing and rationale; never felt like we were being upsold Cocktails - unique ideas that were approachable, complex, and well-balanced; people are still mentioning how good the drinks were months after the wedding Service - attentive and personable; my sister-in-law is a graphic designer, and UnMuddled worked with her to design a custom menu with our pets incorporated; consistency in drink taste/quality from tasting to wedding day and between bartenders was exceptional
