Swift & Granite got its say from my time working in fine dining and 5 star hotels, always seeing the absolute best bartenders having a wickedly cool personality and tattoos. It's a symbol of duel personalities that can foster amazing hospitality: gracefulness & boldness. I know the more I talk the more pretentious we may sound, but the truth is we are just San Diego bartenders who have a passion for our craft & meeting genuine like minded people.
