I started Swift & Granite to disrupt the industry, seeing too many unoriginal and prosaic bartending businesses. Swift & Granite got its say from my time working in fine dining and 5 star hotels, always seeing the absolute best bartenders having a wickedly cool personality and tattoos. It's a symbol of duel personalities that can foster amazing hospitality: gracefulness & boldness. I know the more I talk the more pretentious we may sound, but the truth is we are just San Diego bartenders who have a passion for our craft & meeting genuine like minded people.

We are a bartending business founded by true classically trained bartenders with over 10,000hrs behind the stick. We understand the techniques and preparations needed to make magical cocktails. We treat your wedding with the same standards Forbes Top 50 Bars do in North America. We are about precision and elegance, in the pursuit of perfecting our hospitality. Speciality cocktail ice, like the perfect large format cube, is part of our services because the presentation of the cocktail matters. We have hand selected a line of glassware that fits two criteria: beauty & timeless.

    Trevor provided exceptional bar services at an intimate wedding in Fallbrook, CA at Jeune Perche. His communication style was warm and inviting, which put us at ease throughout the day and made him a FANTASTIC team player! You instantly wanted to be his friend. The quality of his work was thorough, swift and observant - he was incredibly attentive and ensured our couple always had a drink readily available to them, while also checking in on vendors. He was charismatic, flexible and humorous, seamlessly integrating with the rest of our vendor team. Trevor demonstrated a delightful personality on our this wedding day. While you may barely notice some event bartenders or remember their drinks, Trevor creates memorable cocktails that are visually stunning and taste delicious. They are conversation pieces for guests to gather around, admire, and bond over. As well, Trevor has a warm and engaging personality that will put you and your guests at ease. Aside from his beautiful drinks, his company also stocks a collection of fine glassware and crystal drink dispensers that will elevate any event. He will go the extra mile to make your wedding special, and is always happy to collaborate with the couple and vendors to bring the vision to life.     Trevor and his team provided an amazing bar services for our wedding and surpassed all of our expectations! They listened to our drink requests and adjusted the options accordingly. Trevor also came to pick up the beverages from our home , which was a huge help. He and his staff had such a positive energy that really lit up the wedding vibe.
