We are a husband and wife duo who fell in love making coffee! It is our passion to provide the best experience ever for you by serving quality coffee, hosting a breezy set up and tear down, and providing fun baristas! We offer customizable packages that include iced lattes, iced and hot americanos with the options of alternative milk and homemade syrups. Be the hero of your event, offer your guests free coffee!

Hero Coffee is set a apart by being one of the most affordable and approachable coffee carts in the DFW area. We offer amazing coffee, great vibes and customizable packages that will make you feel like the hero of your event. Because we are a husband and wife duo, we take weddings seriously and want to give you the best wedding experience ever!

My husband and I worked with Hero Coffee and they were spectacular! They had affordable. yet excellent quality coffee (we particularly like their homemade lavender syrup!). They were so easy to work with, very upbeat and easy-going people, and were available to answer any questions we had!

Our Epic Package includes our full drink menu (iced Lattes, hot and iced americanos, chai lattes), two syrup options, and alternative milk options. You’ll also receive awesome service from our experienced baristas. Services start at a 75-person guest count and can be increased to suit your needs. We do host for micro weddings but would need to customize a quote.

We got you covered! We love working with events to provide hybrid packages. Our hybrid package is a negotiated rate for our service which is made up for by charging guests a low rate per drink. For example, You may choose to only pay 80-60% of our normal rate, but allow us to charge your guests $1-3 dollars per drink (Exact numbers are quoted and negotiable). We are SO fast! We typically allow for a 30-minute window just so we can be absolutely ready for service, but we can be fully set up within 10 minutes of arriving on-site if needed.
