We’ll effortlessly increase the energy throughout the day with curated music selections and timelines, setting the scene for the dance party you’ve always imagined by playing the right songs at the right time. Whether your dream venue is hosting your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception inside, outside, or a combination of separate rooms, we’ll have them all covered on your special day, all while staying in perfect sync with all of your vendors.

Full spectrum music. From DJs, to ceremony musicians, to live DJ/Musician fusion, we are truly all about the music. Enjoy a live violin and cello rendition of your dream song while walking down the aisle. For dinner or cocktail, experience your own personal live sax or piano solo performances. When it’s time to dance, enjoy the non-stop music of a DJ partnered with the energy of a live drummer or electric guitar. And during dinner, indulge in an intimate, front-row solo performance by each performer, featuring a personalized song of your choice. Jay absolutely made our wedding!! The dance floor was packed the entire time. He understood the vibes and read the room so well. Leading up to the day, Jay was super communicative — answering every question we had and keeping us on track to make sure every music detail was thought about. Plus, the app he provided for planning made song selection and special requests seamless, collaborative and super manageable! The DJ / instrumental fusion he offers brought the dance floor to the next level! Guests are still raving about the sax player, who played 2 songs for us during dinner and then stayed on the dance floor the entire night! Would 110% recommend Jay and his team for any wedding or event!

Loved that there was an app to add music to and look for suggestions on, it was all very straightforward. Jay was professional, personable, and extremely helpful every step of the way. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. All of his crew on the day of was awesome. There's lots of things you can add on like photobooth, lights, etc. so it can get pricey but I'd still choose them again if I ever had a big event I needed a dj for.

Jay was our DJ (and friend) at our wedding at Renault Winery this past April. We cannot say enough good things about working with him! From the very beginning, he ensured us that he would make all of our wedding reception dreams come true and he DEFINITELY executed! He kept our dance floor full the entire night, he took care of displaying home videos on a projector during the daddy/daughter and mother/son dances, we booked a trio to play live music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and all of this came out beautifully! We could not recommend Jay with his great energy and On The Beat FX more!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with Jay and his team. From day one when my fiance and I had our first meeting with Jay to when the last song played at our wedding and I could finally call her my wife Jay was enthusiastic about making sure that we and our guests had an amazing time. It is very clear that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I couldn't recommend him more. PS. I truly recommend adding on a live musician or two. We had a saxophonist which just added to the whole experience.

Yes, we can bring and build multiple audio systems for a single event. Mics for your officiant and live musician(s) are offered as well.

Yes, we are fully insured through RVNA with a 1 million dollar policy per occurrence.

We mix songs together to avoid dead-air (spaces between songs) and to keep the energy consistent on the dance floor. Like DJs you've seen at the bar or club. We'll even sometimes blend your favorite songs together to make an old favorite fresh and new! We're also very diverse in the music we can DJ. In a single party, we've played everything from Trap to Country music. We're here to have fun!

This varies based on service, however, on average we're 3.5 hours early for set-up.

Dance floor lighting is always included. We can also provide up-lighting, bistro lighting, and photo booths.

We have an app that organizes all your music requests!

Most definitely. Our DJs are musicians and our full-time musicians give us access to a large network of professional performers and artists across the spectrum. We'll either have ready or effortlessly find the vibe you're looking for.

DJs with the perfect mix, live musicians, or a combination of both are available for your ceremony and cocktail reception.

Capture incredible moments with your guests using the 360 Photo Booth or the Touch Screen Photo Booth. Instantly send captures directly to your phone, email, or text. At the end of the night, using your included personal digital photo album, view every memory that was captured.

If allowed by the venue, we like to arrive 3 hours before the event. Giving us plenty time to be on-time for your day.

We like to party. So we make sure we listen to your requests, read the room, and build up the energy throughout the day.

We travel to any of the following states: New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware.
