The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. The lodge has a top floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The two have been partners since 1991, creating their first restaurant Metropolitain which operated in the same location as Space. It closed in 2003 and the chef pair sold the restaurant but remained owners of the building. In early 2010, the location became vacant and the two decided to open for private parties only.
