Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. Included in the rental are tables, chairs, and parking. If interested in touring the space please submit an inquiry through our website as we respond to that much quicker!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding! We were going for more of a rustic/industrial vibe and this was the perfect match. The 3rd floor venue was easily accessible for everyone, including our handicapable guests. We did have a few occurrences where there was a little bit of a communication error, but their team was quick to help us resolve all questions. I would highly recommend this venue!

We are always thrilled when clients select Oaklands Mansion as they location for their wedding or event because their event team, Connor specifically, always makes things so easy! They are on top of every minute detail and think ahead, planning for not only what the clients might need…they anticipate the needs of the vendors as well. I cannot even begin to tell you how appreciated that is and how that translates into an even smoother running event. Truly stress free!! The catering kitchen is unrivaled throughout the middle Tennessee area and the ballroom is always impeccably kept. The addition of the beautifully landscaped patio behind the mansion for a garden party or cocktail reception, as well as the option for guests to tour the historic home makes this venue entirely unique. Anyone for whom we have planned an event for here has had guests talking about how incredible and memorable their experience was for many years after!
