The building is adorned with antique fixtures and intricate moldings inside and out with large windows that bathe the hardwood floors in natural light. Highlighted by elegant interior design choices, the estate can comfortably accommodate intimate and large gatherings. The ballroom boasts a 30ft ceiling with a stage and balcony area, which is a perfect place for the head table or entertainment. The cocktail hour space offers an embellished fireplace with French doors leading out to a bluestone patio and outdoor space. 2 Spring’s newest space, the Atrium, completed in 2021, is an airy sunlit room inspired by the great courtyards of Europe. This space can accommodate cocktail-style events for up to 55, and seated dining for up to 40. Our second floor space is flanked by oversized french windows with views of Oyster Bay's historic town square. We can accommodate a group up to 30 for a seated event and up to 40 for a cocktail-style event. For a more social & engaged event, 2 spring creates a seamless flow in our two-story urban townhouse, comprising our first floor dining room, mezzanine, & atrium. Our first floor is flanked by oversized french windows that open during the warmer months, a reclaimed wooden bar with zinc counters and glass chandeliers. 2 Spring can customize your event with stationary or passed canapes, perhaps beginning downstairs and progressing to the mezzanine level and atrium for a more bountiful fare. The options are endless and can accommodate groups up to 125.

The Mill Neck Manor, a majestic Tudor Revival mansion, is set on an 86-acre estate overlooking the Long Island Sound. The Manor is a 2-story residence with over 34 family rooms, 16 bathrooms, including numerous guest and service rooms. Rusticated Westchester granite blocks trimmed in limestone cover the exterior. The solid oak doorway reported to be between 400 and 500 years old is studded with iron details and unusual hardware made by Samuel Yellin.
