Tracy and Jennifer were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Jennifer, in particular, was so kind and accommodating, allowing me to visit the venue while it was unoccupied to do mock setups before the big day. This level of flexibility and support meant the world to us. I am forever grateful that we came across this venue. It provided the perfect setting for our special day and the warmest hospitality. At first I did not want a huge wedding but I was convinced to at least look at some venues to be absolutely sure. Once I arrived to Big Sky Barn I completely had a change in perspective. The venue alone can speak for itself. & the light fixtures & greenery sounding the venue are definitely what sold me. There were a lot of venues who did not actually take the time to listen to my questions or make sure I understood things clearly. Big Sky Barn and everyone that I have talked to has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. They were also honest and forward about pricing and packages from the start. I originally inquired about a sister venue, but the date we wanted was already booked so they gave me the alternative location that would accommodate to that date and I think it was the best thing that could have happened. They have taken the stress of planning a wedding completely off my shoulders and they are in constant communication reminding me of what the next steps are. Not to mention, I booked with them 5 months prior to our date, so personally I think that speaks highly in itself that they are organized enough to make that happen. Tara was a joy from the beginning & Anna has helped me so much over the past couple of months. I can contact her at any hour of the day and she's always right on it!! My wedding is set for early April of 2024 and I have no doubt that we are in good hands.

From the day we toured the place to even after the wedding! They are just so thoughtful and I can't say enough good things about them! The owners, stafff and their catering were amazing. Shane was our coordinator and we loved her so much! She made sure we were always happy and well taken care of. I mean the whole land is breathtaking, you have to see it for yourself! We are forever obsessed with Sandlewood Manor!!!

The Vine is absolutely breathtaking! It is truly a hidden gem in the country. I fell in love with this place when I came across their Facebook page. I knew once I got engaged, I had to have my wedding here. I got so many compliments from my guests! The Vine hits all the check marks with the chapel, bride & groom cottages to get ready in, jaw dropping barrel barn, gorgeous landscaping and so on. Jason & Christy were very professional, and genuinely care about one of the biggest days of your life. They are so involved and will answer all of your questions. For example, my dress had a very difficult bustle, and Jason was right there trying to help the girls get it fastened. Jason knew we needed to stay on schedule and get the party started! Jason and Christy accommodated all of my needs and exceeded my expectations, they make a great team! Also, my event planner Lesli Hirsh was AMAZING! Lesli is great at what she does, means business and will make sure things get done. I had the wedding of my dreams at The Vine. I truly feel like I am part of The Vine Family. Thank you for everything!!! Their hospitality is worth more than 5 stars!

This venue is beautiful! If you want the reception hall super decorated you will have to splurge and get an outside vendor. We went simple so the centerpieces they had were perfect. The venue is a ranch and just gorgeous for pictures. Night pictures were amazing due to the outside lighting and my awesome photographer. We had a beautiful day of weather so it was perfect day pictures and lighting. My coordinator wasn’t the best and barely knew any details from my meetings I had beforehand the wedding. I think that had she been more organized and attentive there would’ve been less confusion and chaos. Overall we enjoyed ourselves just was let down with the coordinator.

We had a lovely wedding at Always Timeless Barn. Barbara was a wonderful host and her team worked hard in the background to make sure everything was as my husband and I wanted. The team was quick to set up and keep the area clean. The venue was immaculate and our guests enjoyed the natural beauty of the ranch during our springtime wedding. The bridesmaids loved getting ready in the bridal suite of the living space. It made for super cute getting-ready pictures before the ceremony. A great benefit of Always Timeless Barn is the flexibility to DIY various elements, so the team set up our indoor ceremony space early so that my family and I were able to put up faux flowers and such on the aisle chairs and archway. Would recommend Always Timeless Barn for your wedding!

What can I say but OMG the venue and especially the ladies made our dream wedding so easy and effortless. They thought of things we didn’t even think of and were very accommodating to our needs. We have a date night C10 truck and motorcycles. They told us we could incorporate them if we liked. We just brought the truck and they allowed us to park it and take pictures on the driveway. The vendors (excluding the cake, we went different direction) were amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests. I have absolutely nothing negative to say but if you are looking for an effortless wedding you need to reach out to Heather, Teresa, and Annie. These ladies and Amy (the wedding day coordinator) will make your wedding day dreams perfect. We have even talked about using the venue again for future events. We loved the venue so much. Save yourself stress and go see the venue and talk with them.

We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

First of all this venue is beautiful. My wedding guests all loved it and kept saying “I feel like I have left houston and I’m on vacation”. Even though it rained on my day the venue was beautiful and it just added to the charm of the whole day. Now to the star of my wedding. The one who made it happen more perfect than my vision: STEPHANIE!!! She was amazing, all my wishes, my visions, what I communicated…. They just popped into life. Yes my other vendors helped but Stephanie was so amazing, she made my big day effortless. People kept coming up to me asking who my wedding planner was because the day went so smoothly and I said no one, my husband and I planned this wedding, Stephanie executed it all. This venue is worth it. The all inclusive packages are a steal. The cake was amazing, the flowers were all fresh and done in the most beautiful way possible it was divine. The DJ was phenomenal. They know what they are doing! I was so stressed things may not come together or things may fall apart but the Townhall team just handled it all. They are truly the best! Thank you all so much for the perfect execution of my dream wedding!
