Welcome to Molly's Cupcakes! Ms. Molly was my third-grade teacher. Whenever my classmates or I had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes. She had her special recipe for chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. In honor of Molly and as a way to help our kids and community, a portion of our profits is donated directly to schools in our community. Every time you eat a cupcake or sip a latte, you help our kids. So eat up!

So a little about myself; I sold my first cake in the summer of 2016 to a family friend who needed an emergency cake after forgetting to order one. The thought of selling my own products quickly became a constant goal in my mind. After a few years, I earned my Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry degree in 2020 and my Business Management degree in 2021.

Schiller's Cookie Company is a home bakery, offering delicious vanilla sugar cookies for events of all sizes. We are two sisters, with the passion and drive to bring edible art to our community. For over two years, we've been customizing vanilla sugar cookies for friends and family. We've taken the time to perfect our art and we're ready to share it with the world!

The Original Rainbow Cone has been a staple in Chicago for over 95 years! We serve our signature combination of Chocolate, Strawberry, Palmer House, Pistachio and Orange Sherbet sliced and stacked on a cone. We also offer other flavors upon request. We offer on-site catering with our trucks for outdoor events, and our pop up ice cream social service for indoor events!

Molly’s Cupcakes opened in 2007 in the heart of Lincoln Park, Chicago. Within 2 years of being open, we won the Food Network Competition Cupcake Wars! This love of cupcakes started when the founder was just in third grade. As John grew older, Molly’s care for her students never left his mind. He decided to open Molly’s Cupcakes in her memory.
