A premier rustic venue space for your event. Originally the home of a functioning farm, the barn social has undergone a full renovation while maintaining the original rustic features. The barn features a chandelier in the main room that is constructed using old farming equipment, and the shiplap walls as well as the fireplace downstairs were both built using extra pieces of the original barn. These are just a few ways we have kept the original aesthetic of the space.

Continue the celebration in the Davidson Event Center – our restored 1870’s barn with a modern, rustic charm. The climate-controlled Event Center features a wall of windows overlooking the natural woodland beauty of Western Pennsylvania. Rustic chandeliers provide a romantic ambiance to the space. A large adjoining plaza adds ample room for seating, mingling, and of course – dancing! Customize the space to make the day your own with the help of our exceptional vendor team.

Whether your feel is Vintage, Rustic, Shabby Chic, Bohemian, or Modern Elegance, The Barn at Madison is a blank slate to be creative and personalize the space. Enjoy full use of both event floors, balcony, and grounds on event day (with access on Friday to decorate as part of your 3-day rental). We have a wonderful list of Approved Vendors that you will choose from for your Caterer & Bartender! We also have a list of Preferred Vendors for additional vendor services that we cannot recommend enough! Chiavari chairs and tables included in rental. Rehearsal Dinner can be on site with weekend package.

We offer all the amenities of a normal venue, including a dining area, a bar, a dance floor, restrooms, and twinkle lights galore! The barn is located on a property of 150 acres so you can take in the beautiful and peaceful countryside surroundings while you enjoy your evening. It is the perfect backdrop for your special day. Brides love this freedom because it means they have time to come decorate before the day of the wedding, and they don't have to end the party by a certain time! This also allows you to host your rehearsal dinner at the barn if you wish. And feel free to bring your furry friends - pets are welcome!

It’s a place to interact with like-minded people who understand the importance of sharing memorable experiences. The beauty of the club is that we will only host ONE wedding per weekend, be it a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We love providing our host with the time necessary to enjoy their event and by no means are we a “cookie cutter” one in one out type of venue. It is so important that we build relationships and give our hosts the confidence to attend as a guest and enjoy the whole experience. We do only free listings and typically book a year to a year and a half in advance.
