The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. Asticou Inn offers a spacious oceanfront field for an outdoor tented reception as well as a beautifully appointed Dining Room in a classic, 130-year-old historic inn.

With its beautiful gardens and its proximity to the Pemaquid Lighthouse, The Bradley Inn is the perfect wedding venue. We work closely with wedding couples to create an experience they and their guests are likely not to forget, from elopements to small intimate parties to larger tented receptions on the lawn. Wedding guests can have fun during their stay playing lawn games, walking to the point and lighthouse, dining in our restaurant or just having a drink in the tavern, going to the nearby beach and viewing sunrise and sunsets all while remaining on the peninsula.
