I got married at 42West in September 2024 and I'm convinced it's the best wedding venue in Atlanta. Lauren is incredible and went above & beyond to help us execute a beautiful cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception (plus an amazing afterparty). We booked the venue a year in advance, and every time we came back to visit in the meantime, Lauren had made a new upgrade to the space - she expanded the bridal suite, acquired the Annex and Gallery, and expanded her furniture & decor inventory. She really took the time to understand our vision for the evening, and we valued her input & advice throughout the planning process. Other than a last name sign, we had ZERO decor budget - Lauren recreated my Pinterest board vision entirely from her own inventory. 42West's flexibility allowed us to plan an extremely personalized evening with minimal logistical stress, and their team expertly managed setup & vendor coordination. If you're comparing against other venues, 42West's biggest differentiators are: 1) No nickel-and-diming. We paid a flat price for unlimited event time and there are no surprise operational fees or taxes added on top. 2) Decor assistance. We had a low decor budget and did not prioritize aesthetics, but the wedding was still gorgeous thanks to 42West's variety of beautiful spaces and extensive furniture & decor inventory. 3) Flexibility. Lauren was very accommodating, and all venue rules are reasonable and did not feel restrictive in the slightest. We LOVED hosting our afterparty in the 42West Annex - it was one of the biggest highlights of the day - but this wouldn't have been possible at most ITP venues due to a combination of space constraints, end-time rules, or noise restrictions.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

We had our wedding at the Wimbish House in April of 2024 and it was the most spectacular day of our lives! The venue itself is so lovely and well located in the city (near plenty of activity of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment for guests within walking distance) and does not require a lot of work to make it beautiful (the ballroom and parlors are exquisite). Karin was our wedding coordinator and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She helped us with everything and made sure nothing slipped by during the planning. The staff is all incredible and they have such great connections with other vendors (every vendor we hired said they already had such great memories of events they worked at Wimbish and I can see why!). You cannot go wrong booking this venue!

We rented the Piedmont Garden Tent for our wedding in the summer of 2021. To this day, our friends and family compliment the venue, the food, and everything from our day. We had rain in the morning and our PGT planner, Ashley, helped us come up with options to ensure we still had a lovely ceremony, although it didn’t happen outdoors as well had planned. Day of, they shifted all the florals from the ceremony during cocktail hour and made the place look even more stunning for the reception. The food options and bar were some of the best we’ve had at a wedding, ever! They ensured we had food for my husband and I in the suite and plates prepared while we greeted our guests. The team at the garden tent was truly phenomenal and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for letting us host our fairytale wedding!

Primrose Cottage was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was amazing - always responsive, patient, and attentive from start to finish. Allison, Vonna, Lily, and Lauren were incredibly supportive and helped execute our vision flawlessly. The venue itself is truly beautiful, even more so than the photos suggest. The only thing we wish is that the reception time was a bit longer, as 4 hours went by in a flash. But besides that, we have no complaints whatsoever. The entire staff, including the servers, were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the day. It was the perfect wedding day, and we will remember it forever.

I sold the parties, and then we’d go in a rented kitchen and make it happen. Luckily those days are far behind us as we have been very blessed, but some things have never changed. We still strive to provide the best in food, beverage, and service. It is still very personal to us. The Roswell Mill Club was hands down the prettiest venue we saw when we first got engaged and they turned out to be THE BEST VENDOR! Jacob Jones was our ceremony coordinator and he was so organized. SO efficient with the rehearsal, and answered all of our 100 thousand questions about the day of logistics. Linda Petsis was our event coordinator and she answered countless emails about vendors, decorations, and day-of details, and I would've lost my mind without their help! Everyone always says you need a wedding planner, or at least a day of coordinator, and these two made sure everything went smoothly the day of, and the days leading up to the wedding! Several wedding guests on both sides have told us how GORGEOUS the wedding was and how smoothly everything ran, and I 100% attribute that to Jacob and Linda. Also want to give a special shout-out to Leonard, our event captain! He was the person who made our plates for dinner and I was worried about this because how does the person know how much food I want? I spoke with him before the ceremony and explained I want more pasta than anything else and he filled AN ENTIRE PLATE with the pasta! He understood the assignment and it was my favorite part about dinner! My mom told me several times how he also made sure she always had a drink, and he made her feel just as special as the bride and groom! The food was the most delicious food I've had at a wedding, several guests commented about how incredible it was! They packed us several to-go containers at the end of the night and that was helpful to have in the few days before our honeymoon! I would give the Roswell Mill Club and Events Catering 6 stars if I could; they were super helpful and made our wedding day just PERFECT!

I recommend the Watson center as a wedding and reception venue because not only is a great location but it is next to a beautiful lake with nice outdoor feels. Our wedding pictures came out beautiful in front of the lake.The Watson center staff was very accommodating as well any hiccups that happen they fixed immediately. The decor was exactly what I wanted. I would book this venue over again.

Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made, and I promise you will not regret having your event here! From the very start, I called, texted, and even showed up unannounced numerous times, yet both Alex and Sadaf were always so welcoming and patient with all my questions and concerns. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. But on the day of my wedding… I am truly lost for words. It felt as if I were their own daughter, and they wanted nothing more than to make sure my day was absolutely perfect—and it was! My guests are still raving about how courteous the servers were and how kind and professional the bartenders were. And I can still picture Alex and Sadaf smiling at me on my wedding day, making sure everything was just right.
