We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom. Riverside Canning Co has been in business for 4 years now. Although my cake journey started on 2001. All of my fillings are homemade and award winning. I am certified thru Wilton in cake decorating and fondant work.
