They captured funny, romantic, candid moments. They took all the shots that we wanted and always kept us on time. The salesperson was very helpful in planning, very helpful with the timeline, and very quick to respond to our emails and text messages. You only get one chance to capture your day, and IG PHOTO VIDEO did a phenomenal job here! The free engagement photoshoot is very cool because we got around 200 pictures, so we can make invitations, save-a-day cards, and even show them during the reception. So, I recommend 2 photographers and 1 or 2 videographers package. A big bonus was how quickly our pictures arrived. It did not take long at all for our USB to arrive with every photo taken (all most 1000) from the day; edits and video files. Our first opportunity to work with Jana was our engagement photos, that's when we, again, truly knew we made the right choice. Jana is very easy to work with, even though she's really specific in how she wants you to pose -- and the results were fantastic. When we got the engagement photos back, we saw how unique Jana's photography is. Our wedding day threw every challenge possible at Jana... inclement weather, pushy-other-brides-photographers doing their shoots in the same space, and even a traffic-blocking protest when we were traveling to the venue... and Jana remained resilient, calm, and on-task. We booked a 2nd photographer, Gail, through Jana, who was also fantastic, our only regret from our special day was not booking Gail for longer, as both of them were able to capture every special moment of the ceremony/reception/formals. To ensure you get the whole days' events and both get-ready rooms, we highly recommend future couples to book both for the majority of the day.
