Our goal is a perfect wedding & a fun reception. Although we have seated 115 comfortably in our space, we have noticed that 100 & less seem to be the best fit here. What our couples love most about Rocky Meadow? Our bridal suite...it's to die for. It's huge and it's beautiful, it always receives "ooh's & ah's"! Our decor room, this room cannot only decorate your entire wedding, but WE do the decorating for you when you purchase this add-on, saving you around $1500 to $2000. Indoors or out the Glenpool Conference Center is the perfect backdrop for your event. Outdoor features including on-site lake, waterfall, fountains, outdoor amphitheater, and large outdoor fireplaces. We offer flexible meeting or event spaces, a large main exhibit hall, glass and steel foyer space. Whether your guest count is 5 or 500 we have a space for you!

Meditations is 5 acres of beautifully landscaped property! Newly remodeled bridal and grooms suites! We are a full service catering facility so all of your china, silverware, stemware, linens and staffing for food service are included at no additional cost! We can also cater to any venue or property located around the Stillwater area!

With our venue, we provide tables, chairs and tablecloths as well as benches for outdoor ceremonies. We have bridal and groom suites, as well as a small prep kitchen. We also have a variety of decor couples are welcome to borrow to mix in with their own decorations and theme, such as lanterns, greenery, whiskey barrels, wooden spools, burlap runners, galvanized items and more! Our outdoor ceremony areas both have large, wooden arbors and one ceremony site overlooks a beautiful pond with a large fountain.

Battle Creek's event room is a perfect space for your Wedding and/or Reception! The space has panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful golf course, with views of downtown Tulsa in the distance. We offer outdoor ceremony options in addition to the rental of the banquet room, or can be used for reception only. We are also open to outside catering and bar services. The space can accommodate up to 160 but can also serve as a space for smaller events without feeling oversized.
