The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Guests enter the Willow Room which is perfect for cocktail hours, small events or just as a welcoming lobby for the main event. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. It can host up to 250 guests for a seated reception and even more for a ceremony. Throw in an expansive gathering porch and this is the perfect spot for a rustic chic wedding.

The Horse Park was built for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Equestrian events and first ever mountain biking course in an Olympics. It is one of very few venues built for an Olympics that still operates in its original intent.

Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Legend has it that Dr. Reese purchased the home in Savannah and had it moved board by board in 1820 to its present location. It now sits on just under 2 acres and has frontage on three streets. Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond.
