Hurricane Milton struck THREE DAYS before our wedding and what could’ve been the most stressful situation ever was a total breeze thanks to the clear communication and hard work of the Venue 1902 team (including the owner, Lisa, who PERSONALLY called me to give me updates on our venue IN THE MIDDLE OF A HURRICANE – talk about above and beyond!!) Weeks later, we and our guests are still absolutely gushing over Venue 1902. Not only was it the perfect venue for our wedding, but the staff and the amenities provided are truly unmatched. Venue 1902 has it ALL, from phenomenal staff to luxurious facilities to a top-notch preferred vendor list that made wedding planning a breeze. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. Special shout outs to Adriana (we love you!!), Madison, Leah, Aleshia, and Lisa – you guys are absolute rockstars and we wish we could get married again and again to be with your incredible team! We hosted our ceremony outside in the courtyard, cocktail hour was split between the downstairs bar area and a gorgeous outdoor bar and lounge, then the reception was upstairs in the ballroom. Guests were in awe of the entire space (we also lucked out with perfect weather after SUCH a horrific storm) and how every detail was perfectly executed. (To quote my now-mother-in-law, “Every wedding has at least one major hiccup, but yours didn’t at ALL. It was the perfect day!”) We could not recommend Venue 1902 enough and we want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for making our wedding the most beautiful and magical day of our lives. Her services were included as part of our package at Paradise Cove and she was the first vendor to reach out to us after booking. During the trial that I added on, I asked for a "riskier" hair and makeup look than what I was used to so I could try it out and Shannon was VERY receptive to my notes and feedback. On the day of my wedding, she and her assistant were friendly and fun, and they really made the vibe more relaxing for all of us. Shannon also was accommodating to some last minute changes and add-ons that popped up that I know may have been stressful for her in principle but she didn't show it at all. “Polkbros has great, effective and efficient communication. They were so easy to book and work with. We specifically booked Polkbros for their Videography and Photobooth. Caleb was our videographer and we cannot rave about him enough. He really went the extra mile to be personable with the entire wedding party and immediate family. He helped me and my husband laugh until our stomachs hurt, comforted us when we were nervous, and got us out of our shells when needed. He worked great along side our photographer and got the guests into the reception for the "party" portion of the video. The photobooth was also perfect, we love that we got to pick our own design for what the print outs would look like, and that we get to have access to them after the fact (digitally). They had great props and all of the guests loved that they got to take some fun photos home with them! Polkbros has so many other services that they offer that we didn't utilize but if you're looking for a one stop shop, this is the vendor for you. They will make your day truly special and will do anything for you! Also the more you book with them, the more they will bundle to help you out!”

“Dagneli did an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup. Whole process took about 4 and half hours. She respected the timeline I had that day and even finished before schedule. She walked me through the whole process between my hair and makeup- explaining what she was using/doing. She is very gentle when it comes to styling hair- I am extremely tender headed and had 0 issues with her doing my hair or had any pain while she was styling my hair. Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! “Ney was amazing throughout the planning process and the day of! We loved our engagement photos and were floored by our wedding photos! He was able to capture a lot of laughs and love through the photos. My husband hates posing for photos, but Ney was able to guide both of us for the perfect picture. “We had a non-traditional wedding and were on a tight budget, but Bouquet was able to accommodate us and provide us with a wonderful experience. We were only doing church photos, a few couples' shots, and minimal coverage of our reception. Bouquet sent a thorough questionnaire beforehand to inform her of the run of show for the day and our expectations. She arrived on time, introduced herself and got to work! Bouquet was a joy to work with. She was game for all of our ideas and made sure we got all the requested shots and then some. We wanted to do some more candid photos with grittier NYC shots as the background. Bouquet was totally game and really followed our lead while giving some helpful suggestions for specific poses.
