Planning a wedding during Covid had many challenges, including not being able to see the band live, but thankfully, David has so many live videos available where we can see the entertainment his band delivers day in and day out. Those videos, along with David’s passion for his work, made us confident to chose his team to make our day special. For our wedding, we had a classical duo during the ceremony, a pianist during cocktail hour, a jazz trio during dinner, and an incomparable 10 piece orchestra to dance the night away. From the first note to the final encore, we were BLOWN AWAY with the talent and energy that the band brought. We had a few special requests for the night - from a unique arrangement for our ceremony processional to a mashup of New York songs during the reception - and David’s team was beyond accommodating. At six years old, she began taking piano lessons with Jean Wonders, and at eight she began Suzuki harp lessons with professional harpist, instructor, and adjudicator Candyce Dunham. She never looked back after her first lesson in October 2007. During her many years as a student, Olivia continued to push herself musically by competing in numerous competitions winning the annual Buckeye Christian School Organization’s spring competition for five consecutive years.

“A few days before our wedding, I got a message from Al saying our DJ had COVID and that they were going to send someone else. I was super bummed because I had loved our original pick (DJ Marcus) who did a fantastic job DJing our friends wedding in 2021. The replacement DJ (DJ Jose) called us right away to review all the details of the night with us. I was still hesitant, but was beginning to feel more comfortable during the conversation. On wedding day, DJ Jose was kind, professional, punctual, and ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT on the dance floor!! No one sat down for the entire night and guests are STILL raving about DJ Jose! Many guests have even requested Jose's song selections for the entire day (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) because they loved it so much!
