Our historical 3 acre waterfront property with 2 acres of open area on the water with its views of Casco Bay and Portland Harbor, our heated 2500SF National Historic Landmark Greenwood Playhouse with our lighted water view deck, and our outdoor lighted pavilion. We have a commercial kitchen for your caterer on site, and we have an 8' x 4' gas grill. We are all volunteers of the Peaks Island Lions Club that own, operate, and maintain the site, and profits go to Island Scholarships and grants. May, June, and October are our discounted months.

The Greenwood Manor Inn is a gorgeous, 150 year old estate tucked away in the heart of Harrison in the Lakes Region. The venue sits on 25 acres of quiet, pristine land, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Long Lake. Surrounded by nature, hiking trails, stunning gardens, and fresh air, our inn is the perfect setting for your special day. Complete with nine guest rooms, we can accommodate up to 22 guests to stay the night. We also offer bar service, ample parking for up to 250 guests, a full breakfast for Inn guests, as well as rehearsal dinner space under our covered porch with heating if necessary, post wedding brunches, welcome cocktail party space, an on site baker, use of our day of coordinator, in house massages, private yoga on the lawn for the morning of your big day, as well as our fire pit, various lawn games, and so much more!

The Carriage House at the Gregory Inn is a new and unique intimate wedding venue. Our carriage house and Pole Barn accommodate your guests! We offer the full experience - that includes chairs, tables, linens, glassware, and plates to the basic rental of the venue and somewhere in between, as well as a 10x30 tent space for food, music, cake, gifts, and more. Our venue is a restaurant/brewery that is very open and airy. We have high ceilings and exposed wood beams. Our company was started by 3 Dads. They all live in Scarborough and have children in the Scarborough school system. 1 is the Brewer (Michael), 1 is the Builder (Tim) and one is the Executive Chef (Jeff). Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding! We put our heart and soul into crafting the space while using our own wedding planning experience to provide extra unique details with future couples in mind. Now that we have celebrated our own wedding here we are excited to share the venue with others! We love connecting with our couples and can't wait to meet you too!

Maine's only greenhouse event venue exclusively designed for wedding receptions and ceremonies. 2021 marks 72 years of Highland Farm’s history in Scarborough, Maine. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Highland Farm is a family owned and operated business, and the undeniable sense of family and welcome energy is palpable the moment you step on the grounds. The saying is true here: “you come as strangers and leave as family.” The Greenhouse and The Farm has been run by 3rd generation owners, Joe and Christine since 2008, but Joe and Christine’s involvement in the farm runs far deeper than ownership. In 2009, the couple was married in one of the working greenhouses

While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225-250 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.
