Creativity has played a role in my life ever since I was a little girl. I grew up in upstate NY loving the outdoors and being close to the mountains! Although I loved where I grew up, when I graduated high school I decided to move South to Georgia to pursue a degree. While studying Fine Arts at the Savannah College of Art and Design, I fell in love with photography. I received my B.F.A in photography and then moved back home to NY where I became busy photographing weddings.

Wedding photography that matters is about the people and the feelings of the wedding day. It's not about the poses that I might imagine or the pretty details that surround the day.
