Nesselrod on the New is a 13-acre estate in the heart of the New River Valley. Overlooking the historic New River, Nesselrod offers the perfect combination of privacy while being minutes from everything you would need. Built in 1939, the house features a cozy Bed & Breakfast and several outdoor venues to host your wedding. Nesselrod on the New has several advantages compared to other wedding venues. We offer rooms for the wedding party and/or family to stay in, we are located close to restaurants, stores, golf courses, and Universities. Essentially your guests wouldn’t have to drive into the middle of nowhere! Our beautiful Gazebo and courtyard is capable of seating up to 200 people while the same is true for our covered Pavilion. It offers the benefits of being protected by the weather while still enjoying an outdoor setting. Nesselrod on the New is one of the few venues that offers full service planning, vendor contracting, decorating, and more.

Serre’s 70-acre grounds with breathtaking scenery, rustic meets modern barn that accommodates up to 200 guests, covered patio seating, custom-built farmhouse tables, luxurious décor, outdoor bar, fire pit, and wedding coordinator to help plan it all will make sure your loved ones are not only comfortable; they’ll feel like it’s their special day, too. The luxurious bridal suite, hiking trails, outdoor yoga, fishing, wine by the firepit, and day-of bridal party brunch, our amenities, and extra touches are going to make you feel on top of the world. We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. Ample parking is available. Power is available via generator to power lights, music, etc. We're happy to work with couples or wedding planners to make your big day unique and stress-free.

There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2500 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Rendezvous is French for a meeting at an agreed time and place, which is exactly what we intend to do. We want to create a market that brings the community together, gives shoppers access to local products, while generating business for the small business owners of Roanoke and surrounding areas.
