Hello there! My name is Paty and I am a Cake Artist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in wedding cakes and ultra-realistic cakes. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. In addition to making cake art, I teach baking classes for kids and adults and my dream is to be able share and teach the secrets about baking with whoever needs it. Ms. Schneider created Good Vibakery to share delicious baked goods made with REAL ingredients that tasted like a treat but didn’t have any canola oil, or ultra-processed ingredients.
