Welcome to Toledo's most unique venues for your special event. We offer two different vessels to accommodate your style and number of guest. The Glass City Pearl is the larger of our two vessels. Welcome your guests aboard our passenger vessel with a "yacht" feel. Guest are always in awe of its elegance and beauty. Travel back in time on The Sandpiper. The Sandpiper was designed to resemble an Erie Canal Boat. The Sandpiper is the most budget friendly of our two vessels. Guests love utilizing this vessel to be on one level with their friends and family.

Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. The warming kitchen is perfect for catered meals and the high ceilings and numerous windows create a light and airy venue for any event.

The Freighthouse, next to Frog Island Park on the north side of Depot Town, has been used as a community center, hosting the Depot Town Farmers Market, a café, and various community meetings and events. The Freighthouse is part of the Ypsilanti Historic District, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites.

Plan your wedding on the charming grounds or in the historic 1845 New School church. With exclusive use of Mill Race Village, your wedding can be held any time of the year. In the Church or outside in the gazebo, weather permitting, your ceremony will be a memorable event in this picturesque Victorian setting. A Village Representative will be with you during your event to open and close the church and to keep the public off the grounds of the Village while your wedding is in progress, ensuring your privacy. Couples must provide their own clergy or officiant to perform their ceremony. Decorating the wedding site and clean up of the site is the responsibility of the couple. If you're planning an outdoor event for your wedding the Church is available for use in case of inclement weather.

The Barn at Honey Blossom Orchard is over 100 years old and is comprised of hand hewn beams throughout. It is very rustic but has many modern conveniences. It is the perfect backdrop for your perfect day and we are excited to share it with you and your loved ones.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. The two 12 foot tall original stained glass windows are gorgeous. Decorated with white silk flower arrangements and antique furnishings, this is a unique and beautiful alternative to an empty hall, banquet room or your Aunt Lucy's backyard. Uniting happy couples since 2011, Celebrations is affordable. Wedding packages range from $300 to $800 for up to 50 guests. And the Officiant is included! With our 36 page 'Ceremony Builder' you can create a personalized ceremony that perfectly expresses your beliefs and love. Receptions are available also. Everyone is welcome. We are currently accepting requests through December 2025 for events on the Promenade and 32nd Floor. As a Downtown Detroit Landmark, the Guardian offers premier event space to host a variety of gatherings. This unique venue provides a beautiful backdrop to any event. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations and impress your guests. The Guardian Building opened in 1929 as the Union Trust Building. This 486 feet, 40-floor building is made of almost 2 million custom “Guardian Bricks” and is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone that attends your event. The amazing five-story Michigan Mural was created by Ezra Winter, and the Tiffany Clock provides a great background for photo opportunities on the Promenade.

The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum is an ideal location for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, or any occasion that can be made even more special by hosting it in a U.S. National Historic Landmark. Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels. We work with preferred vendors for catering to make your event exceptional.
