The beauty of The Loft At Walnut Hill Farm, LLC. is that in one location, couples may host both an indoor or outdoor ceremony followed by a reception. The venue has a Dutch Hoop Barn with a walk-in loft that’s nice for a ceremony or reception. The cottage doubles as a home base for the bridal party on the wedding day (to get ready or hang out a bit) as well as a place for the couple to stay the night of the wedding. The climate-controlled Loft has a deck overlooking the pavilion and surroundings. The pavilion may accommodate up to 250, and it has a climate-controlled kitchen. There are additional outdoor settings to consider for outdoor weddings, both as the location and as a photo backdrop.

Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.
